Returns
Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your recent purchase, You can return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please fill out the returns form or download one here and return the item/s in an unworn & re-sellable condition to the following address:
Dixxon Returns, C/O Redwood Fulfilment, Sikkel 17, Heinenoord, 3274 KK, Netherlands.
How To Return:
- You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Feel free to use any shipping service that suits you best!
- Please hold on to your shipping receipt and any related documents until your refund is processed—just to be safe!
- Products purchased from DixxonEurope.com must be returned to the Netherlands warehouse only. If purchased from another site, please check the returns policy.
Shipping from outside the EU?
You may need to include extra customs documents and cover additional charges. It’s a good idea to double-check with your preferred courier before sending your item back.
Customs Fees & Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, we can’t cover customs fees or handle parcels held by customs. If your parcel is returned or held up, we won’t be responsible for any associated fees or delays.
Similarly, we’re unable to take responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so please ensure your parcel is tracked!
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an automated email confirming that your refund has been processed. We aim to make this as quick and seamless as possible!
Exchanges
We’re currently unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to switch sizes or styles, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Faulty
Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items *, accept any returns of underwear, accept items that aren't in their original packaging or not in a re-sellable, like new condition. (*This includes the cost of delivery for any items sent under a Free Delivery upgrade)
If you believe the product you received is faulty please contact our customer service department shop@dixxoneurope.com and provide a description and picture of the fault.
Other
Dixxon LTD will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
Dixxon LTD cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
