Loyalty Terms & Conditions

Points are earned for every pound spent or by completing other actions like following on social platforms, the number of points rewarded and actions required may change over time, to see the up to date information please see our Loyalty page.

In the event changes are made to the quantity of points awarded per pound spent or for completing any required action additional points will not be awarded for historic actions or purchases that have already been awarded for, nor will points be removed in the event of a reduction or removal of point award rules.

DixxonEurope.com reserve the right to adjust points as we see fit.

Points can be redeemed via the loyalty page or through the account page on the app when the relevant reward thresholds have been reached.

Points do not have an expiration date, however coupons do expire 30 days after they have been created, if you redeem a coupon and it expires, we will not add the points back to your account and the points will be lost.

If you are promoted to a higher VIP status, you will retain that status for at least 12 months. To retain that status after 12 months, you must meet spend requirements, otherwise you will be demoted to a lower status.
In the event an order that moved you to a higher tier is returned/refunded your tier will be adjusted down to reflect this.

Unfortunately, discounts used on returned orders cannot be given back.

Points earned on returned orders will be revoked.
In the event of a partial return/refund of an order earned points will be reduced accordingly to the proportion of the value of the returned item(s).

Between June 1 - May 31st each year, you have 12 months to spend £5,000 with Dixxon UK and earn Hall of Fame Status. Once Hall of Fame, Dixxon Customer Service will reach out to you to obtain sizing and shipping information for your exclusive “Hall of Fame” flannel, the most limited flannel we have ever produced. Each flannel is truly one of a kind, with unique features on each flannel. Hall of Fame Flannels will ship out in the fourth quarter of the year (annually).

Only one discount coupon can be used per order.

Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts/site offers (eg 2 for €57 T-Shirts) or be applied to products that are already discounted in other offers or have their prices already reduced.
